Is This Programme Really FREE? (i.e. no hidden costs)

Yes, absolutely! we ask for your full commitment in exchange for us wavering the fees for this programme. You will need to commit for 6 weeks for 1 hour. If you miss any session you will be taken out of the group.

What If I Miss A Week/ Session?

We appreciate that there will be days and weeks where you won't be able to attend, however this only programme works with 6 full sessions in 6 continuous weeks, so if you miss the session then you will need to start again on another group.

When Is The Group Session?
